      EHSM's yearly raffles help to support projects in conjunction with education and preservation goals.
     When you purchase raffle tickets, you not only help EHSM to carry out its mission; you also give yourself a chance to win fabulous one-of-a-kind prizes.

  Eagle Area HAND-CARVED BIRDS - 2009 Raffle  
 

Well-known Upper Yukon woodcarver Gaetan Beaudet has once again provided his exquisite hand-carved birds for raffle in 2009.

Each piece is life-size and incredibly detailed.  All native birds of Alaska/Yukon, the collection includes a pair of Black-Capped Chickadees (Poecile atricapillus), Downy Woodpecker (Picoides Pubescens), and Steller's Jay (Cyanocitta Stelleri).

When you buy a bird ticket, you buy a chance to win one of the three carvings.  (Sorry, there is no option to designate a preference.)
