Eagle Historical Society and Museums is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.  Each director serves a
three-year term and may be re-elected for successive terms.

On this page (see below), we will make available the Minutes of each Board of Directors meeting, as well as Minutes from each
Annual Meeting of the membership.  As individual Minutes are approved by the Board, they will be so marked.
