Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race - Annually in February, between Fairbanks,
                Alaska and Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Embarkation point alternates between
                the two cities each year.  Eagle volunteers maintain checkpoint at old Schoolhouse.

Percy DeWolfe Memorial Mail Race- Annually in March, between Dawson City, Yukon
                and Eagle, Alaska. Commemorates the historical route of the legendary mail carrier
                Percy DeWolfe.  See website www.thepercy.com.

Spring Carnival - March, Eagle's Old Schoolhouse. Games, food and fun for everyone.

Museum Open House ~ Old-fashioned Pie & Ice Cream Social - May 25, 2008 (Sun.).
                In Amundsen Park.  Museum Open House 1:30-3 p.m. -
                Pie & Ice Cream Social starts at 3 p.m., with info session on the
                International Klondike Gold Rush Trail.  (At Red Men Hall in event of rain.)

Memorial Day Observance - May 26, 2008 (Mon.).
                Held at Eagle Cemetery 3 p.m.

Annual 4^th of July Celebration
              Community potluck and auction evening of the 3rd, old-fashioned activities all day
              on the 4th. Flag raising, parade, games, booths, food, rifle shoot. For everyone!
